  • Resistance to Tyrants Garment Dyed Vintage T-Shirt

    30-day returns · Guaranteed since 2003

Sic Semper Tyrannis. It's not just a motto, it's a way of life. This garment-dyed vintage tee wears the spirit of American resistance with the kind of broken-in comfort that feels like it's been through a revolution or two.

The design is drawn from the 1776 Gostelowe Battle Flag No. 10, one of 13 regimental standards inventoried by Major Jonathan Gostelowe for the Continental Army in 1778. Attributed to John Henderson, the flag features an arm in armor gripping a drawn sword, paired with the motto: Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God. Some of these flags are lost to history. This one survived, and now it lives on your chest.

The garment-dyed finish gives each shirt its own subtle character, with soft color variation that makes every piece one of a kind. Relaxed fit, lived-in feel, ready to make a statement without saying a word.
