We offer returns on all orders to the United States. We've also extended our return policy for International customers. We're committed to your 100% satisfaction. You may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

If items have been damaged through shipping we ask that you send us a photo for our records so that we can process the replacement.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Liberty Maniacs reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Liberty Maniacs support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Liberty Maniacs.

If you prefer to contact Customer Support through the online "Contact Us" form to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you may also do so. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your "Question," and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.
You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Important Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original or comparable packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Downloadable software products
We've extended our exchange and return policy to 30 days after purchase. To return or exchange an item, please contact us here so that we can give you specific details on your order and furnish you with an international order return form.
Please allow 15 to 20 business days for package transit on returns and exchanges after leaving the warehouse, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Note: Shipping is not refundable. We may also refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

While rare, if any items have been lost in the mail, no worries. Just let us know and we'll replace the item. You'll only be out your time. The rest is on us. As of 2019 all orders include tracking.
Shipments marked "delivered" by the shipper do not fall under our replacement policy. Most often we can help find the item, however. So contact us if you are having trouble locating a shipment marked "delivered."
