Digital camouflage patterns are created using computer algorithms to produce micropatterns for effective disruption. Blurring or "dithering" color patches provides harder-to-discern outlines. "Pixelated" more accurately describes the patterns, however digital is the most common term amongst military & collector communities. Canada's 1997 CADPAT design was the 1st true digital, which was followed by the USMC's MARPAT, derived from CADPAT. Several countries have since adopted digital designs, some practical & others more fashion-oriented. We've designed unique MANPAT (Maniacs Pattern) designs for our activewear.
