Wear an homage to the revolutionaries that actively worked to bring down the Crown in the colonies. The shirt features the Sons of Liberty flag and the famous Ben Franklin woodcut "Join or Die" rattlesnake cartoon used to illustrate how a divided colonial resistance would perish.
The rattlesnake was a symbol Franklin pushed hard to be the symbol of the new nation of course. He always detested the eagle as a bird of prey and "foul creature." The Eastern Rattlesnake, however, was a noble creature who peacefully minded its own until provoked, whereby a fair warning was given before delivering a fatal defensive blow.
