We ship worldwide and offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location and the products in your order.
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Some items, including made-to-order or custom handmade products, may take longer depending on production times. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers depending on destination and item type.
We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are collected by your country’s customs office and are not included in our shipping charges.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. Then contact us if it’s still missing.
If your package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, we’ll replace it at no cost. Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for automatic replacement, but we’ll do our best to help you locate them.
Some products may ship from different facilities depending on item type and your location. This may result in split shipments.
Important: Do not return items to any fulfillment or production facilities. Returns must be sent to our Sauk Rapids address listed in our Return Policy.
