It's been confirmed that Mayor Pete can speak at least 8 different languages. (English, Norwegian, Spanish, French, Italian, Maltese, Arabic, and Dari.)

What does that have to do with anything? We have no idea. We guess more than anything it just shows he's not as dumb as he looks.
