Other than shippers, who the hell likes shipping costs?
Nobody. That's who. That's why I'm tickled to announce a cheaper shipping option for those of you with an economical bent that have tamed the urge to expect a delivery within 48 hours.
Yessiree! If you can handle a 2-7 day transit time take a look at the new FedEx Smartpost option in the cart. The rates and times depend on a number of factors, of course. However average rates since we implemented it have been around $4 for apparel nationwide. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower.
The nuts and bolts of the program involves FedEx piggy-backing the US Postal Service at the end of your parcel's journey. Your local postman will deliver the package, but you'll have all the benefits and tracking included that you expect from FedEx.
We've also had some updates for our international friends as well. Be sure to take a look at the different shipping options for international shipping, because in many cases we've seen rates lower that $4 American which caused more than one double take.
As always, thanks for shopping with Liberty Maniacs! Be sure to give me a holler if you have any questions about shipping or anything.

Washington built this monster. Now, they have to live with it.
