    RETURN POLICY

    You're covered with the Liberty Maniacs Guarantee. We offer returns on all orders to the United States. We've also extended our return policy for international customers. We're committed to your 100% satisfaction. You may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

    If items have been damaged during shipping, we kindly request that you send us a photo for our records, allowing us to process the replacement.

    RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

    We replace your damaged items.

    REGULAR RETURNS

    For all those everyday returns, just remember that you're in charge of the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we can't cover those for you.

    But here's the good news! If you ever receive a damaged or defective product (a Very rare situation as it's happened in .08% of orders this year), don't sweat it. Just reach out to our Liberty Maniacs support team first, and we'll sort out the return details together. There's no need to send anything back until we've a game plan.

    Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to make sure you're one happy Maniac!


    To begin an RMA return go to our returns processing page and follow the directions. They're super easy.

    If you prefer to contact Customer Support through the online "Contact Us" form to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you may also do so. Please make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment unless notified otherwise by our customer care staff.

    Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your "Question," and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.

     WHAT THE PAPER RETURN PROCESS USUALLY ENTAILS

    1. Print and fill out the Liberty Maniacs Return Form.
    2. Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items.
    3. Write the RMA number conspicuously on the RMA Form to ensure proper routing upon receipt.
    4. Ship the package to:

    You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities, along with an indication of the next steps.

    • If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 21 days for the funds to be returned to the account used for the purchase, depending on the bank's processing speed.
    • If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent to notify you once the reprint has been initiated.
      • Returning dark apparel items may only be swapped for a different dark apparel style of equal or lesser value.
      • Returning light apparel items may only be swapped for a different light apparel style of equal or lesser value.
      • Returning non-apparel items may only be swapped for a similar non-apparel item of equal or lesser value. 

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

    Important Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original or comparable packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

    Downloadable software products

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

     We've extended our exchange and return policy to 30 days after purchase. To return or exchange an item, please contact us here so that we can give you specific details on your order and furnish you with an international order return form.

    RETURN POLICY ABUSE

    Liberty Maniacs reserves the right to refuse, limit, or delay returns or exchanges in cases where abuse of our return policy is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive return activity, return requests inconsistent with the condition of the merchandise, or conduct suggesting purchases are being made with the intent to return for purposes unrelated to personal use or satisfaction.

    While we strive to honor all reasonable return requests and maintain a generous return policy, we also reserve the right to protect our operations from misuse. Return privileges may be revoked or restricted at our sole discretion in instances of suspected fraud, manipulation, or abuse.

    EXCHANGES AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS

    Please allow 15 to 20 business days for package transit on returns and exchanges after leaving the warehouse, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. Exchanges are subject to availability.

    Note: Shipping is not refundable.  We may also refuse or delay returns in the rare case that fraud or abuse is suspected.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    What if my order was lost in the mail?

    While rare, if any items have been lost in the mail, no worries. Just let us know, and we'll replace the item. You'll only be out your time. The rest is on us. 

    Shipments marked as "delivered" by the shipper are not covered under our replacement policy. Most often, we can help find the item, however. Our track record is good. So don't be disheartened. Contact us if you are having trouble locating a shipment marked "delivered" and we'll help.


    Reviews
